  13. 1 1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  14. 1/3 cup chopped fresh mint
  15. 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water

Bring to a boil, stir in the mint and cornstarch mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is slightly thickened, about 1 minute.
  6. Divide the chicken mixture among 4 plates and serve. Delicious with jasmine rice.
