  8. Fry until crispy.
  9. Remove fried chicken from pan, drain on plate covered with paper towels.
  10. Place small amount of oil in a wok over high heat.
  11. Add green onion and peppers, frying about 1 min.
  12. Shake sauce mixture, then add to onions and peppers.
  13. Cook until thickened and sticky.
  14. Add fried chicken and cook until boiling again.
  15. Serve with over rice with broccoli.
